While scrambling through my cabinets my mother calls...mom always seems to come to my rescue in times of need. I explained to her what I was doing and what was going on and her reply was shocking. Her words were "Leah just scramble her some eggs in the microwave, it only takes 60 seconds." Of course I was immediatley sceptical but she assured me that it really works!
First of all my mothers a genius, and second of all IT REALLY WORKS!! Scrambling eggs in the mircowave in 60 seconds was the highlight of my day, don't judge me.
I was slighty bummed at the fact that I had missed out for so many years on microwaved eggs and was also curious if anyone else knew the most amazing news in motherhood history!
My research found that some of my friends new the time saving trick but most did not!
So here ya go mothers on the go or mothers who need to rest or just lazy people (me included) here is how to make microwave scrammbled eggs:
1 . Break and whisk as many eggs as you need. I usually use 1 or 2.
2. Add about one tablespoon of milk while you whisk
3. Salt and pepper is optional (I use garlic in mine! Yum!)
4. Microvave for 60 seconds. If you like yours more dry you can microwave a little longer if needed. I've found that 60 seconds is perfect for one or two eggs.
And you're done!! That's it!! I'm so giddy right now I may have to go make me some! Let me know what you think and if this works for you. Enjoy!!
Leah
